Before launching his own consulting firm, Victor served as an executive with one of the largest hospitality groups in the country, where he oversaw operations, franchise growth, mergers, and brand strategy.

Today, he brings that same level of strategic thinking and people-first leadership to every client relationship, whether guiding a local restaurant opening or supporting an international franchise rollout.
